It never gets EASIER you just get BETTER
Often people underestimate thier potential by just thinking how easy it is for me. But the truth is its easy beacuse....
You must have felt sometime in your life “यार ये तो बहुत आसान है” and something like “ये मेरे बस की नहीं है ” at some point of life we all do feel so. Especially for school-going students, this situation is more frequent. So what is the reason beyond this and how to make everything so easy that you will say? “यार ये तो बहुत आसान है”.
In this newsletter am going to share with you all the techniques, strategies and everything I know to travel the bridge from DIFFICULT to SIMPLE or you can say from HARD to EASY.
Why we feel ““यार ये तो बहुत आसान है”?
When we were small and for the very first time we started learning the alphabet it was easy for us. No, It was very difficult. When we started learning numbers that was also not easy nor were the poems or stories or the hard words that our teacher used to assign us as homework and used to say learning by heart was easy. But we did it and today things are easy. What can be the reason for the same? I think it has various reasons but a few of them are very important and worth pointing out so that we will use them to make our life easy now.
1️⃣ Less judgemental!
When we were children we were very less judgemental about what was easy or what was hard we simply tried to do it unknowingly. I think walking, running, eating or anything was not easy for the first time but we did it as a child and today we can do it as well. So the very first learning we can use is to be less judgemental about what is hard what is easy what is difficult and what is simple. Very first give your best and then judge it. Often the problem is smaller but our laziness is the problem.
2️⃣ Reward!
When I was a child my mother used to teach me and help me with my homework and she used to say “बेटा अगर ये HOMEWORK हो गया तो में तुझे चॉक्लेट दूंगी” and me as a child was very fond of chocolates and used to do homework very quickly for the same. Today as a teacher I understand that my mother was using a technique of reward to get things done by me. And you can use the same for yourself fix some reward after certain tasks you are unable to achieve.
NOTE:- The reward should be instant don’t delay it like “जब में EXAM पास हो जाऊंगा, जब मुझे 90% मिल जायेंगे, etc” else you will not feel like working.
3️⃣ Understanding and Deliberate Practice.
Understanding is the bridge between DIFFICULT and EASY. Once you understand the concept/steps then it is easy for you. So why not focus on the UNDERSTANDING if something is difficult? So once you understand that too make it super easy to practice it delibrately. Don’t be very quick practice as much as possible and eventually, you will be more accurate and sooner you will be perfect.
Remember one thing…
It never gets EASIER you just get BETTER
